8-week programme
For people who have never trained or are getting back in shape after a long break. From “I can't do anything” to your first full pull-up in 8 weeks.

What training looks like
In the first two weeks, I assess your technique and fitness. I look at your push-ups, squats, and how you hang from the bar. Based on that, I put together a plan tailored to you, not to a textbook. From the very first session, we work on the basics — no trying to impress, just solid technique.
Weeks three and four are when the real strength work begins. I add negative pull-ups, Australian pull-ups, and full-range push-ups. I show you how to maintain tension, when to breathe, and how to avoid wasting energy.
In weeks five and six, most of my clients do their first full pull-up. We add progressions for the legs and deep core muscles so the body works as a whole, rather than just the arms and chest.
Weeks seven and eight are about consolidation. We reinforce what you can already do, and I prepare you to train independently. You leave the program with a plan for the months ahead, an understanding of technique, and a habit that lasts for years.
What you’ll achieve
The most common result after eight weeks is your first full pull-up — with consistent work, I see that as an expected outcome, not a reward. On top of that come clean push-ups through a full range of motion and a noticeably stronger core.
Beyond strength, you gain things you don’t see right away: better posture, less tension in your neck and back, a simple habit of regular movement, and practical knowledge of how your body works. After the program, you know what to do on your own — no guesswork, no searching for more workouts on YouTube.
FAQ
We start with exercises you can do NOW — knee push-ups, squats and bar hangs. I build a plan around your current level, not some YouTube ideal.
Three sessions of 45–60 minutes. Plus 5–10 minutes of mobility work on the days between sessions. That's all.
That's exactly what I do every day. I'll build a plan around your schedule – even if your days change every week.
No. We train outdoors, on the bars in Venlo's parks. All you need is comfortable clothing and shoes.
