What the GAME CHANGER series is and why I created it
Short, practical tips that genuinely make your training more effective. No 10 pages of theory — one change you apply in your next workout.
GAME CHANGER is my series on Instagram and Facebook where I show individual, specific changes to your training — the ones that deliver the biggest results with the least effort. Here on the website, I bring them together in one place, in an expanded version with graphics, video and a full explanation.
Why I created this series
Over years of working with clients, I’ve noticed one thing: most people don’t need a new training plan. They need one adjustment. Shoulder blade positioning, wrist rotation, choosing a regression, when to rest. A small detail that unlocks progress for months to come.
You don’t need more training. You need better training.
What you’ll find in the series
Technique corrections
small changes in body positioning: arm rotation, shoulder blade retraction, pelvic position. Invisible from the outside, huge in how they feel.
Breaking through plateaus
what to do when you’ve been stuck for weeks and your rep count isn’t increasing.
Recovery and post-workout basics
simple habits after training that help you get fitter faster.
Choosing progressions and regressions
how to match an exercise's difficulty to your level instead of struggling with a version you're not ready for.
How to use the series
Each episode covers one topic. Watch the video, read the explanation and apply one thing in your next workout. Don't try to change everything at once — the series works when you treat it as individual building blocks you put together over the weeks.

Who this is for
For anyone who trains calisthenics — from someone who hasn't done a single pull-up yet to advanced athletes working on static holds. If you want to apply these principles to your specific situation, check out my training options or message me directly.
New episodes come out regularly. The first is about pull-ups — read GAME CHANGER #01.
